Fluidra and Zodiac close merger
BARCELONA – July 2, 2018 – Fluidra and Zodiac have closed their overall merger, announced in November 2017. The combined company has now 5,500 employees, a portfolio of the most widely recognized brands in the industry and a presence in over 45 countries. The new company will keep the Fluidra name and remain listed on the Spanish stock exchange. SIBO Fluidra is a part of the Fluidra group, an international market leader in the pool and wellness industry.
